While spacey and dreamy people (mostly kids) are anxious, the inability to be truly present is generally a result of not being aware of your body and your presence in this world. Most frequently, you’ll need a partner to help with at least some of these exercises, though I’ve seen it clear up in sessions and self-exercising.


This area not being adequately developed also frequently results in failure-to-launch, or failure to reach your full potential. It’s one of the most rewarding areas I work with, to see people emerge from a mental fogginess into the reality of their lives, living fully and joyfully.
