This depends on good parent/child communication, and generally some counseling before they arrive at therapy for the nervous system. If there are significant blocks, or a significant NUMBER of smaller blocks earlier in the pyramid (link to pyramid page) it’s much harder to understand who you are, what you’re capable of, and choose a path for your life!
